  • Bedside Assistant : - The Non-medical skilled person who is capable to give personal care to the patient (For more details please refer “CONSENT FOR BEDSIDE ASSITANT” / CAH/FF/PF-05)
  • Basis Nursing Care: - Basic nursing care means care that can be performed following a defined nursing procedure with minimal modification in which the responses of the patient to the nursing care are pre- dictable as prescribed by treating doctor. (For more details please refer “CONSENT FOR NURSING CARE SERVICES / CAH/FF/PF-06)
  • Critical Nursing Care: - Critical nursing care is the services of nursing with a focus on the utmost care of the critically ill or unstable patients following extensive injury, surgery or life-threatening diseases as prescribed by treating doctor.
  • Doctor Consultation: - The act of consulting or conferring met with the physician for regular consultation and examination through online mode.
  • Physiotherapy: -Physiotherapy services help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice.
  • ICU Setup: -ICU setup is highly specified and sophisticated area of a medical which is specifically designed, staffed, located, furnished and equipped, dedicated to management of critically sick patient, injuries or complications.
  • Pharmacy: - Providing medicine to Patient at their door step by the “CARESATHOME”
  • Diagnostic Services: -Diagnostic Services means services that are provided to clients who have been assessed as having special needs and that will assist in their recovery such as educational tests, psychometric tests and evaluation, psychological and psychiatric evaluation and testing, and specific medical tests
  • One time basis: -A service which is taken only for single time (Minutes, hours, visit etc.)
  • Stay Duty: - A single person who will stay at your home for 24*7 days. In this duration the person required sleep approximately six to eight hours per day and daily meal has to be provide by clients.
  • Day basis: -A service which is taken on a daily basis for 12 hours shift and 24 hours shift.
  • Package basis: - A service which is taken on discounted price as compared to Day Basis service and taken as a whole for 7 days, 15 days, and monthly period (All services which is taken on packages basis are NON-REFUNDABLE)
  • Consent: - To agree to mentioned services and allow for the terms of services
  • Payment Terms:

  • Payment for services will be made on advance basis before the starting of services. In case of continuation of services after agreed tenure payment must be deposit immediately for further continuation of services.
  • All services which is taken on packages basis are NON-REFUNDABLE in Case if Discontinuation in Between.
  • In case of default of payment by the Patient “CARESATHOME” has right to recover interest @ 12% per annum and has right to take legal action for recovery of Dues.
  • “CARESATHOME” is not responsible for the payment made to any outsider or any employee of “CARESATHOME” without a valid receipt.
  • If services are hold /stop due to request of Patient, Patient is liable to pay full amount of applicable day charges.
  • In case of Continuation of services after agreed tenure same documents will be valid which is signed at the time of starting of service between Patient and “CARESATHOME”.
  • The Jurisdiction area of Jaipur will apply in case of any legal action.
  • Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for cash payments.
  • There won’t be refunds for any payments made using CaresAtHome vouchers.
  • Refunds are not done towards third party accounts
  • The time frame for different payment modes is usually between 10-15 business days post the cancellation request has been received and verified by our customer support
  • For NEFT transactions, We will need you to update the following information to enable us to process a refund to your account. Bank Account number, IFSC code, Account holders name and Branch name. CaresAtHome will not be liable for any wrong inputs shared from your end.
  • Any Refund amount will pay within 14 working days from the date of application received from the Patient only through banking channel (NEFT/RTGS/CHEQUE) is ( 272, Padmavati A, Kings Road, Nirman Nagar Jaipur-302020) In case of any default at the part of Patient side the “CARESATHOME” has right to cancel/stop and terminate all the services provided to the Patient with prior intimation to Patient.
  • *I agree to be contacted by CaresAtHome over phone and email. I do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages (SMS or any other mode) and calls from CaresAtHome. This consent shall supersede any preferences set through Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
